minho
17 | N/A | Korean |
N/A | N/A | Maze A |
Male | N/A | Keeper of the Runners |
appearance
Minho has dark brown eyes and short, black hair. Tall and heavily muscled from numerous runs in the Maze, his tight shirtsleeves are usually rolled up to show off his biceps. He has a rather commanding aura about him. A layer of dirt and grime covers his body like the other boys in the Glade. He wears hand protectors and a pack since he goes into the Maze often.
personality
Minho is tough and sarcastic, and he loves to mess with people's minds and joke around with them. His personality seems to change every minute due to his nature to poke fun at people. However, he has zero tolerance for laziness and disrespect for authority figures, as he believes Alby and Newt should be held in the highest regard. One would be surprised at how casually Minho addresses Alby, but Alby lets his occasional rudeness slide. Minho's bravery and intelligence make him a capable leader. Aggressive and headstrong, he is impatient and prefers using his fights over using his words. He has a natural charismatic leader's aura around him and likes to have the last word.
history
Not much is known about Minho, but one can assume that his background is fairly similar to the other Gladers'. Minho was taken in by WICKED and educated before being recruited as a test subject and sent up to the Glade in the Box with his memories wiped except for his name. He is one of the earlier Gladers.

Taken from Children of Olympus.
Hailey watched her stepbrother's reaction to her arrival with undisguised amusement. Christopher hadn't changed a bit. Well, his diction had certainly improved, and mastering sarcasm? Impressive to see his intelligence had increased even a little a bit. "Glad to see you're trying to uphold the Chang family name with your attempt at sarcasm," she commented sarcastically. "Are you still the failure of the household? Your lack of intelligence certainly seems to suggest so." Two could play at this game. If he wanted to verbally insult her, she'd fire insults right back. She could win any sort of argument or debate with him or her family, thanks to her heritage.
Okay, never mind. Christopher was still as dull as ever. Seriously, what was he trying to say? That didn't even make any sense at all. "Actually," she pointed out. "If you can see me standing right here, I think you have the basic intellectual capacity to infer that I'm here to visit. Why else would I be here?" She wasn't one to get homesick. What was there to get homesick about? She didn't miss her family at all. Camp was a lovely place, and she would rather stay there for the rest of her life than go back home. "To relish the physical experience of standing on Los Angeles cement? I didn't think so," she retorted with a small scoff. "I admire your use of juxtaposition, but using poetic language doesn't make you sound any smarter, nor does it make your pathetic attempts at insults any better," she commented plainly.
She turned her attention to her stepmother. "Hello, Alyssa. Long time no see, eh? Please don't ask questions whose answers are blatantly obvious. If Father needs to come home now, why don't you give him a call?" she suggested, doing an impression of someone trying to be helpful. "Actually, I'll do it. I'm sure he'll be delighted." Pulling out her cell phone from her backpack, she dialed her father's number and waited patiently until he had picked up.
